Capital Gains and 1031 Exchange Basics

This course is designed to give agents a basic overview of the capital gains implications for a real estate sale, including the basics of the capital gains exclusions for primary residence. Additionally, the course will provide an overview of the 1031 exchange process so that agents will be better equipped to represent clients interested in utilizing a 1031 exchange.
