If Bell & Alexander Title is to serve as the escrow agent and hold earnest money for an upcoming transaction, earnest money can be submitted in the following ways:

1. A check or money order can be delivered to one of the following offices: Brentwood, Murfreesboro, or Manchester
2. A wire can be sent directly to our escrow account. Please call (615) 333-7712 to request wiring instructions
3. Payment can be submitted electronically through the Earnnest App at the link below
